    JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for coordinating and scheduling and managing all lift projects, repairs and warranty work on all life equipment installed by Home Access. Equipment includes stair lifts, vertical platform lifts, ceiling, lifts, ramps, and other equipment as needed. Oversee all new sales projects, ensure goals are met and paperwork is gathered and submitted to CCC.

    ****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    § Receive calls from clients and referrals to determine the scope of install, repair, or maintenance work needed via phone/virtual or in-home visits.

    § Consult with manufacture tech support teams when necessary.

    § Communicate with team to ensure products and tools are ready for each project.

    § Using the Venu system, review client data to order the appropriate parts from the manufacture within the system.

    § Coordinate with clients to address questions related to Install/maintenance/repair.

    § Coordinate with sales to schedule and install new equipment.

    § Coordinate with VA on veteran requests, evaluations, and installations.

    § Monitor and maintain tools, storage, and re-supply parts when necessary.

    § Ensure Numotion standards and all applicable codes/regulations are followed on site.

    § Perform other jobs in warehouse or office as needed.

    § Coordinate with CCC on billing and insurance requirements.

    § Ensure all customer delivery tickets are compliant and submitted in a timely manner.

    § Ensure HIPPA, Safety, and Code Compliance regulations are met at all times.

    § Schedule projects and maintain calendar to meet revenue goals.

    § Assist with developing list of subcontractors.

    § Evaluate sub-contractor performance.

    § Oversee Monitor and maintain tools, storage, maintenance, re-supply, coordinating with other staff. ~~~~

    o Determine the appropriateness of purchase.

    o Review corporate credit card report to reconcile tool purchases.

    § Receive and sort products on loading dock as needed.

    § Record service and follow up for clients in a timely manner and coordinate with other staff.

    § Provide on-site job assistance and support when needed.

    § Stay abreast on training and certifications from manufacturers and equipment updates.

    § Lead, direct, and train the Home Access Lift Team to ensure performance meets Numotion’s standards.

    § Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.

    § Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.

    § Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

    § Associate’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

    § Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in lift projects with management of subcontractors and assistive technology or residential modifications for disability.

    § Minimum of two (2) years of leadership development experience, including leading, mentoring and/or coaching.

    § Must be able to understand project plans for lift installation.

    § Must be able to travel frequently across geographical zone locations.

    § Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

    § Demonstrated ability to communicate across all areas of the organization.

    PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    § Previous experience working with individuals with physical disabilities.

    § 30 hour OSHA training.

    § Ability to work with minimal supervision while using own technical judgment regarding complex tasks.

    § Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.

    § Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

    § Able to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.

    § Strong listening, organization and priority setting skills.

    § Experience with common PC software (Word Processing, Email, and Internet).

    § Demonstrated ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, working with cross functional team members to achieve shared goals.

    PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS:

    FINISHING OPERATOR BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

    • Manufacturing experience preferred
    • Mechanical/technical aptitude
    • Entry Level Computer skills
    • All requirements for Finishing Operator in addition to the ability to set up and trouble shoot 906 Roberts PolyPro, Jagenberg Diana 90 & 70, Bobst Domino 90 & 110, International Speed King.
    • Set up and run all Hot Melt units and trouble shoot as needed.
    • Set up and run labelaire machines per customer specs.
    • Have the ability to setup and run the Jangenberg, Speed King, Bobst Domino, Window machine, and Pick and Place on the Domino.
    • Feeder/Catcher experience preferred.  Mechanical experience is helpful (automotive, small engine repair, etc.)
    • Finishing machine, allen wrench, screwdriver and other related tools needed for make ready

     FINISHING OPERATOR EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

      FINISHING OPERATOR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Sitting or standing, depending on changing job assignment, for extended periods.
    • Awkward and/or repetitive movements.
    • Routine Lifting up to 20 lbs.
    • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.) carrying (up to 50 lbs.), pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, visual acuity (Near and Far).
    • Inside conditions, extremes of heat (up to 100 degrees in the summer), humidity, noise (from production machinery; must wear hearing protection in the Finishing area).
    • Must be able to speak, read and write English. Working knowledge of finishing machine (gluer).  Mechanical aptitude.
    • Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
    • Use of various hand and electrical tools and equipment.

    • Experience:  None (entry-level).
