We are an Insurance agency, one of the top in the Midwest, looking for others who want to join a winning team. Training and coaching will be provided by the top 1% in the industry. • No Experience is Required. • Paid Training. • Great work environment. • 401k/Roth IRA options! • No weekends, evenings, or major holidays. Flexible hours. • Our hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. • Starts out Hourly and moves to Base + Commissions. • Remote positions available. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. • Present and explain insurance policies to clients, helping them understand coverage options and costs. • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products. • Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies. • Required to get licensed within the first 30 days of hire. We will provide materials. • Must have a laptop or computer available. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills. • Negotiate and process insurance policies. • Calculating premiums and establishing payment methods. • Humble and coachable attitude. • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. • Must be able to pass a background check. • Get an Insurance License and once licensed, sell your appointments. Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000+ yearly
