Responsibilities: • Taking calls live between 8am-9pm • Be the second point of contact for other leads brought to you from cold callers and web leads • Go out to appointment and learn how to negotiate and get a purchase agreement signed • Show up consistently to work on time • Running comparables accurately and quickly • Take pictures and video of homes • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
