Responsibilities: • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Determining home values • Communicate and work effectively with our team members • Making offers and negotiating contracts • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Qualifications: • Real estate background or real estate industry exposure • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Basic computer skills and CRM software experience • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and commitment • Self-motivated Works well in a team environment • Some knowledge of construction helpful • Bi-lingual is a strong plus • Direct home sales, automotive sales, or construction sales experience, preferably • Experience negotiating and writing contracts • Excellent networking, follow-up, phone, and prospect management skills • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and sales-closing skills • A desire to be a part of a growing business with long-term advancement opportunities • Real estate license preferred • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired Compensation: $4 hourly + commission per lead
