Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Duluth Staff in delivering high-quality care that aligns with our mission and compliance standards.
Act as Sales Person to grow Brand Awareness in this new territory and find referral sources to foster a professional relationship with and grow hours and revenue.
Supervise a team of office staff and indirectly supervise field staff to encourage success.
Have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the BrightStar Care Brand.
Scheduling of field staff for initial clients until branch is large enough to warrant a scheduling coordinator.
Recruits, Hires, and Onboards new staff for continued growth, along with Recruitment Team in the Cities.
Answers phones and returns messages to provide quick and quality communication with clients, staff, and referral sources alike.
Conduct Living Room Visits with New Clients to explain Services and ensure smooth start of care with clinical team.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required.
Associates and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, or Sales/Marketing; may substitute degree requirements with combination of education/experience over 2-4 years.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with staff, management, and external partners.
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and ethical practices.
Scheduling and Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
The Branch Manager Leads, Manages, and holds all branch staff Accountable (LMA) to deliver consistent, safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to every client. Must demonstrate the skills, abilities, and competencies to: recruit, hire, teach and develop a high-performance branch supervisory and field team; effectively execute performance management, scheduling, payroll, billing, and medical coding programs, policies and procedures. Partner closely with the branch General Manager, Director of Nursing, and other key staff to maximize patient-centered care, branch revenues, and profitability. The Branch Manager is responsible for overall branch operations and is accountable for all personnel, both office and field staff. They are also responsible for developing new business relationships in an effort to increase sales. They will do this by establishing and maintaining contacts that will develop into sales leads. They will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the BrightStar brand.
