    Position Summary:

    The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing the territory or taking over an existing territory in an effort to increase sales. They will do this by establishing and maintaining contacts and referral sources that will develop into sales leads or recruitment leads. They will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the BrightStar brand while keeping the financial bottom line in mind. They will assist with Living room visits as needed and maintain strong relationships and communication with Office Staff and Recruiters as they spread their time equally across their assigned territories.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management or Communications, Preferred.

    Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts.

    Minimum of One Year Experience in Home Care Industry, preferred.

    Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, multi-tasking, problem-solving and presentation skills.

    Excellent written and oral skills.

    Maintains Confidentiality.

    This position has a base salary, plus monthly commission of 2% of all business brought in for a 6 month billing period.
