Availability Requirements For This Position

• Two Evening Short Shifts (between the hours of 6:30p-9:30p)
• One Weekend Day Shift (between the hours of 9a-3p)

CNA / Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance

bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting activities, etc.

Monitoring of vital signs

Feeding & meal preparation

linen changes, light housekeeping, etc.

Provide transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.

Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

Qualifications:

Current Minnesota CNA certification (preferred).

CPR Certification (preferred)

A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.

A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience

Must be at least 18 yrs. or older

Able to travel within our covering territories

Empathy for the needs of the client
