Certified Nursing Assistants, looking for a great full-time job in Home Care! In need of CNA to cover shifts as a Field Specialist, guaranteed 40 hours a week! Monthly scheduling and short-shift premium pay $22-30/hour. Looking for experienced caregivers with a passion to keep clients happy, healthy, and in their own home. Must have a vehicle for work, valid driver's license and auto insurance, and at least 2 years of personal care experience. Must be comfortable with pets and the possibility to transport clients. Base pay starts at $22/hr with the opportunity for a performance evaluation 90 days after active employment.

Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.

Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.

Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.

Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.

Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.

Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)

Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.

Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.

Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
