We are seeking a motivated and creative Home Care Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us grow our presence in the community.

    Position Summary: As a Home Care Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients, build brand awareness, and foster strong relationships with referral sources. You will work closely with the management team to identify growth opportunities and create campaigns that showcase our services and the value we provide to families in need of home care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote home care services through various channels including digital marketing, print materials, and local events.

    Content Creation: Create and manage content for social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates to engage potential clients and referral partners.

    Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.

    Referral Partner Development: Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources.

    Community Outreach: Attend local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and build partnerships in the community.

    Analyze Marketing Data: Track the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends.

    Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with the scheduling, customer service, and clinical teams to ensure alignment in marketing goals and communication strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in marketing in healthcare or home care.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).

    Knowledge of the senior care industry is required.
