ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This is a contractual (1099) position. You will work individually supervised by the director. A weekly face-to-face briefing with the director and office staff is required. Must work from the office when not in the field.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations to promote the agency’s services and increase referral opportunities.
Actively participate in community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to enhance awareness of our agency and establish a strong community presence.
Conduct regular calls and visits to referral sources to generate sales and build long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with agency goals.
Visit 6-10 hospitals or skilled nursing facilities or nursing homes or assisted living facilities or doctor’s offices, etc. a day and schedule at least one event (lunch and learn) per month to market the agency. The goal of the visits is to:
build relationships and effective rapport with physicians, office staff, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities and other referral sources.
serve as a liaison with hospital planners to ensure smooth transition from hospital to home
develop and deliver health educational services.
Build relationships with agency staff and ensure effective communication with referral sources
Qualifications:
Ability to meet sales targets
Ability to write detailed weekly sales projection reports and a sales status reports.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
Effective interpersonal skills in relating to physicians, other health specialist in the community, management and co-workers both over the phone and in person
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability and willingness to report to work on time and ready for work on each scheduled day.
