    Primary Responsibilities

    This is a referral (lead) generation and relationship-based role, not necessarily direct sales (although sales skills can transfer).

    Be the first voice of comfort for families navigating difficult care decisions; Listen and guide families toward personalized care solutions

    Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, discharge planners, social workers, senior centers, and community organizations by representing our core values and mission at community events, healthcare facilities, and networking opportunities

    Respond promptly to inquiries and conduct initial consultations with potential clients

    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

    Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth client onboarding

    Qualifications

    2+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or senior services

    Strong networking and relationship-building skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

    Knowledge of the local community and healthcare landscape across Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill (a plus, not a requirement)

    Multi-lingual (a plus, not a requirement)
