Home Health Aide Scheduler/Recruiter

A well-established Home Care agency is seeking a Home Health Aide Scheduler/Recruiter to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of caregiver scheduling and recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

As a Scheduler/Recruiter, you will be responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules to meet client needs, recruiting qualified Home Health Aides, and maintaining compliance with agency standards. This role requires travel between the Paramus and Summit, NJ offices and includes some on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure optimal client coverage.

• Proactively recruit, screen, and onboard Home Health Aides to maintain staffing levels.

• Maintain accurate records in WellSky EMR and update schedules as needed.

• Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients to address scheduling issues.

• Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations in hiring and scheduling.

• Handle urgent scheduling changes and participate in on-call rotation as required.

• Travel between Paramus and Summit offices as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in home care scheduling and recruitment preferred.

• Familiarity with WellSky EMR or similar scheduling systems is a plus.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

• On-call responsibilities required
