  • Responsibilities

    i. must be a responsible person who is at least 40 years of age

    ii. is required to have some administrative skills, including the use of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word and Excel spreadsheet

    iii. will work with home health aides: dispatching, taking reports, collecting time-sheets, etc.

    iv. should be able to communicate, read and write.

    v. should be able to correspond with and manage individuals with impairments/disabilities

    vi. is expected to pay attention to service details and issues and coordinate with officials related to consumers’ welfare – including the Hope Restored’s office, on critical health issues.

    vii. will agree for HRHS to conduct a Criminal Offender Records Information (CORI) check to determine whether any offender records may disqualify him or her from performing as Home Care Scheduler.

    viii. is required to provide a satisfactory medical report evidencing he or she does not suffer from alcohol or substance use disorder, including a negative tuberculosis screening test – within the prior twelve months.

    ix. will process office in-coming and out-going phone calls

    x. will report to Operations supervisor.

    § This is a part-time, Independent Contractor’s position

    § A scheduler is expected to work a minimum of twelve hours weekly: Mondays (4), Wednesdays (4) and Fridays (4).
