    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Home Care Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will supervise caregivers, coordinate client care plans, manage and report on the scheduling information. This is an important position that allows us to provide comprehensive and consistent patient care by coordinating health services with clients and caregivers. The Home Care Supervisor will serve as a key point of contact between clients, families, caregivers, and administrative staff to ensure that care is delivered efficiently and respectfully. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and is empathetic, highly organized, punctual, responsible and possesses excellent customer service skills.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate internal and external staffing needs

    Supervise, guide, and support a team of caregivers in the field

    Conduct onboarding and training for new staff members

    Use cloud-based scheduling software

    Maintain an up-to-date list of on-call and backup staff and use to secure last-minute coverage

    Communicate with caregivers regarding any updates or changes to their schedule

    Communicate with managers and clients to inform them of any schedule or staffing changes

    Conduct field visits to evaluate care and ensure quality standards are met

    Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients and families

    Collaborate with administrative staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations

    Maintain accurate documentation, including client records, care plans, incident reports, and caregiver files

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

    High school diploma or GED

    Previous experience as a Home Care Scheduler or in a similar position is preferred

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for home visits

    Highly organized with attention to detail

    Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other computer programs

    Ability to multitask and prioritize projects

    Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
