Home Clean Heroes is an established residential cleaning company dedicated to providing a safe and reliable work environment for all of its employees. This person will manage the day-to-day operation of Home Clean Heroes of Houston North and is responsible for providing top notch cleaning services and positive customer experiences for each of our valued clients in the Houston, TX area. The company is a locally owned franchise of Home Clean Heroes, and you will be employed by Goedverwagting Corporation, owner of Home Clean Heroes of Houston North.

General Manager, Home Clean Heroes Local Operations

The General Manager must be a reliable, well-organized and customer service-oriented person in order to direct day-to-day operations. He or she is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, leading customer sales efforts, and managing all aspects of field operations, including scheduling, managing employees and driving profitability. The position requires people management skills as well as P & L responsibility for our business.

The position reports to the owner and operates out of our Houston, TX office. This is a full-time, salaried position (and compensation includes a base salary, variable bonus based on the results of the business, and paid time-off).

Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of residential cleaning operations to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability.

· Conduct in-home estimates for prospective prospects or oversee the process for direct reports to establish solid customer relationships and maximize close rates.

· Hire and oversee the training and productivity of all cleaning teams.

· Proactively engage existing customer base through all channels of communication

· Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers.

· Manage customer work orders, invoicing and payment processing via business management software.

· Manage cleaning specialists, office staff, service schedules, and vehicle routing for a business including modifying cleaning routes and staffing schedules on a daily basis as needed.

· Manage inventory of materials, chemicals and equipment.

· In conjunction with and at the direction of the Owner, oversee financial aspects of the business including managing to a budget and top-line income statement performance. This includes regular meetings to assess and manage to planned performance goals.

· Represent the business in local/community-based marketing capacities as directed by the Owner.

· Other responsibilities as determined.

Requirements:

· Sales-focused individual with experience.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Computer savvy with strong software user skills.

· Positive can-do attitude and strong leadership skills.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

· Strong people management skills.

· Experience coordinating and managing teams of employees and office staff.

· Basic understanding of financial metrics with experience managing to a budget.

· Preferably route-based service business experience.
