Job Summary
We are seeking a Home Health Administrator to join our team! As the Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations and activities of a home health, including supervising all operations and policy execution within the scope of home health care. The Administrator works closely with other members of the team to ensure everyone is compliant with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable experience in management, and a familiarity with federal and state regulations when it comes to home health and social services.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of home health
Work closely with other team members to ensure all needs are being met
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
Handle HR, interviewing, as needed
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with management desired
Strong familiarity with regulations on home health
Experience with payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and backend office management desired
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree required
