    Glades Talent is representing a growing Home Health agency looking to bring aboard a skilled Home Healthcare Administrator with Medicaid or Medicare LHCSA experience.

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Healthcare Administrator to join our team. As a Home Healthcare Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the delivery of top-notch care to our clients. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and supervise the daily operations of our home healthcare agency, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of healthcare staff, including caregivers and support personnel.

    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and improve operational efficiency.

    • Coordinate and monitor the delivery of healthcare services to clients, ensuring they receive appropriate care based on their individual needs.

    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure effective communication and coordination.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including medical histories, care plans, and progress notes.

    • Manage financial aspects of the agency, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement processes.

    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and quality improvement.

    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and providing guidance and support to staff members.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a healthcare management or administrative role, preferably in home healthcare or a similar setting.

    • Must be a licensed administrator.

    • Must be driven to grow the branch.

    • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare software applications.

    • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

    • A passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of individuals in need.
