Job Description:

We are urgently hiring experienced caregivers in Hartford, MI to provide care for individuals who need help with daily living tasks. If you're compassionate, reliable, and have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, we want you on our team. Immediate openings available!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support

Offer emotional support and companionship

Prepare and assist with meals and feeding

Administer medication reminders and monitor schedules

Light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal prep

Report any changes in health or behavior to the management team

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience (1 year minimum)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Must pass background checks and drug screenings

High school diploma or equivalent
