We are looking for compassionate Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in the Fargo area. As a Home Health Aide you will be responsible for helping our clients with day-to-day tasks while they are in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide health care services in clients residences.

Perform domestic and household tasks.

Transport and accompany clients to the doctor's office or the hospital.

Administer simple prescribed medications.

Assist with client's personal care activities.

Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition.

Assist clients with mobility and physical therapies or exercises.

Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.

Requirements and Skills:

Be 18 years old or older.

Valid driver's license (not permit) and insured car that can be with you during the shifts.

Proven working experience as a Home Health Aide (preferred).

Nursing and health care administration skills.

Caring and compassionate personality.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
