    We are seeking experienced caregivers to join our team for 2024 for 12 Hour Shift.

    You will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to Seniors with disabilities in various settings.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Personalized Care: Tailor care plans to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

    2. Medical Support: Assist with activities of daily living, administer medication as prescribed, and monitor health conditions.

    3. Communication: Maintain an open and clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.

    4. Safety: Prioritize the safety of clients by creating a secure and comfortable environment, identifying potential risks, and implementing preventive measures.

    5. Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided, changes in client’s conditions, and any other relevant information.

    Qualifications:

    Two years of caregiving experience.

    Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Compassionate and patient demeanor.

    Knowledge of basic medical procedures and protocols

    Experience with Dementia care is a Plus.
