This is not your typical caregiving role—it's for those who thrive in unpredictable situations and can handle last-minute calls to support clients in need across various locations in and near Montgomery County.

    Are you ready to take clients between 7am and 7pm, Saturday and Sundays?

    Do you have experience working with a variety of clients in different settings?

    Be prepared to be available and report to duty at any time during your shift?

    Do you have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic?

    Our on-call caregivers play a crucial role in handling emergencies and last-minute situations where our regular caregivers are unavailable. This role requires someone with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care, no matter the challenge or location.

    What You Get:

    Competitive Compensation: $5/hour while on standby and $20/hour when called in for short notice coverage

    Clear & Immediate Communication: You will be contacted directly by phone or text as soon as an urgent need arises, providing you with clear instructions on where to go and what time to report.

    Duties Include (but not limited to):

    Responding to short notice open shifts

    Assisting clients with various ADLs

    Client transportation and running errands

    Licenses/Certifications Required:

    Driver’s License

    Auto Insurance

    CPR Certification

    Negative TB Test result (within 1 year)

    At least 3 years experience in various healthcare settings
