Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Portage, MI. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional in-home care services, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Administer medications and monitor clients' health under supervision, if applicable.

Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.

Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.

Operate and assist with Hoyer lifts or similar equipment safely and effectively.

Follow care plans and document daily activities and observations.

Requirements:

Must be 20 years or older.

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.

Valid driver’s license or access to a reliable vehicle.

Hoyer lift training and experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
