Competitive Pay: There are a number of ways to make great money at Home Helpers. Starting Base Pay between $16-$18 per hour (based on level of experience/ability, and availability). $16/hr is generally the starting pay for individuals with minimal to limited experience. $17-$18/hr is the starting pay for those that have experience. multiple opportunities for additional pay: Unlimited Income Potential Caregiver Referral Bonus Program, $1/hr performance bonus, $2/hr weekend differential. Caregiver Referral Bonus Program - "Unlimited Income Potential": This program allows you to share in the profits of the agency when referring other caregivers to work at the agency.
Performance bonuses
Early payroll access: you can take up to 50% of your earned wages prior to the pay date.
$2/hr Weekend differential that allows those working weekends to receive additional compensation.
Access to benefits that are partially paid for by the agency (vision, dental, disability, accident, etc).
A lucrative on-call program that pays a minimum guaranteed amount of $70 just for being on-call (on-call = available and ready to go if we need you) during a designated period of time. If you are called to work, you make above and beyond the guaranteed amount.
