    Your Role & Responsibilities

    • Implement treatment plans developed by registered occupational therapists to enhance patient function
    • Assist patients in regaining daily living skills, coordination, and self-care abilities
    • Monitor and document patient progress, ensure home safety, and recommend treatment adjustments as needed
    • Maintain accurate clinical records and collaborate with healthcare teams for seamless care coordination
    • Educate family members on patient care strategies to foster independence and continued support at home

    What We’re Looking For

    • Qualifications – Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program, certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association
    • Experience – Minimum one year of clinical experience as a COTA preferred
    • Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a compassionate approach
    • Requirements – Current CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
    • Language – Spanish proficiency is required
