    The ideal candidate will have experience in different areas of marketing, however, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills, we are willing to fully train the right person regardless of experience!

    The Home Health Marketing position is ideal for someone looking to build their skills for career advancement and professional growth with a company that serves the most vulnerable right in your own community- we cover Genesee & Lapeer counties.

    Duties of Home Health Care Marketer:

    Identify and attend any local industry/association events, such as luncheons, conferences, speaking engagements/in-services & sponsorships

    Support the Marketing Business Plan and related marketing initiatives

    Help track marketing budget set forth and where resources are allocated

    Adhere to ComForCare brand standards

    Assist with updating digital ad renewals & online marketing campaigns

    Support online social media platforms

    Initiate & maintain integral relationships w/ prospective referral sources

    Keep records of established leads and prospective referral source

    Ensure referral sources are properly connected w/ Care Coordinators for intake of new clients

    Participate in special projects directed by supervisor and provide support as required

    Other marketing or administrative tasks as required

    What we're looking for:

    Someone enthusiastic about building a new career!

    Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or any Health care related degree (preferred, not required)

    One to two-plus years of experience in Marketing or Sales (preferred, not required)

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

    Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail

    Strong communication skills a must! (interpersonal, written, verbal)

    Able to prioritize and multi-task effectively

    Current and valid driver’s license with sufficient insurance, and access to a vehicle is required

    Understanding of the home care industry would be an asset

    $30,000/year Base for part-time + commission

    $45,000/year Base for full-time + commission

    Mileage/gas stipend
