Prescott Therapies and Prescott Home Health is seeking a Clinical Manager to join our team!

Prescott Home Health is a locally owned and operated agency specializing in adults with developmental disabilities and delivering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Skilled Nursing services to the Twin Cities metro.

Responsibilities:

This position assists with the planning, coordination, leading, controlling, and evaluating of home health services. Leads the coordination and management of home health clinical services and acts as a liaison with the medical community, patients, and office personnel.

Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Nurse or professional discipline (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, or Social Worker) with at least three years of clinical experience.

Supervisory experience is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
