We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization and drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
• Oversee daily operations, including service delivery, staffing, and financial management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in home care.
• Foster relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners to enhance service offerings and community presence.
• Manage budgeting and financial planning, ensuring the sustainability and growth of the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
• Drive fundraising efforts and grant writing to secure additional resources for program expansion.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes, advocating for the organization’s interests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the home care or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of home care regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for serving the community.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Experience in fundraising and community engagement is a plus.
• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
