What We’re Looking For:

• LPN License – Active and valid license from the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
• Home Health Experience – Prior experience required; familiarity with Wellsky (Kinnser) is preferred.
• Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Valid Arizona driver’s license and insured personal vehicle.
• CPR Certification – Must have current certification.
• TB Clearance – Must meet federal and state health requirements (or be able to obtain one).
• Education – Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
