    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Personalized Care: Deliver one-on-one care in clients’ homes, ensuring they feel safe and supported.

    • Medication & Health Monitoring: Administer medications and monitor patient health, providing expert care with your professional skills.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
    • Documentation: Accurately document patient information, so you can focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care.

    Requirements to Join Us:

    • Licensing: Active LPN license in AZ or compact state.
    • Certifications: Valid Driver’s License and BLS Certification (no online courses, please!).
    • Health Compliance: Current TB Test/Chest X-Ray, Level One Fingerprint Clearance, and Article 9 Training.
