What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Medical Social Worker in Arizona (in good standing)

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a Bachelor's degree (acceptable with mentorship)

• At least one year of supervised post-certification experience in a healthcare setting

• Prior home health experience is a plus
