    Position Overview:

    The Home Health Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting Comfort Homecare Solutions, driving brand awareness, and developing strategic marketing campaigns to attract new clients and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others through home health services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase client referrals and admissions.

    • Develop and execute comprehensive in-person marketing strategies to promote the agency’s services within the local community.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, senior living facilities, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals and increase client admissions.

    • Attend and represent the agency at community events, health fairs, senior expos, and networking functions to boost visibility.

    • Provide informational presentations on home health services to community groups and potential referral sources.

    • Distribute marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, business cards) to key stakeholders and potential clients.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure promotional materials are consistent, up-to-date, and aligned with service offerings.

    • Identify and secure opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships to increase community visibility and outreach efforts.

    • Create engaging social media content to highlight services, success stories, and client testimonials.

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and client aquisition.

    • Track outreach activities and provide regular updates on client leads, relationships, and campaign outcomes.

    • Design and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and grow the client base.

    • Plan and attend community outreach events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to increase visibility.

    • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet evolving client needs.

    • Conduct in-person outreach to local healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote the agency’s services.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent.

    -Understanding of the local community, healthcare industry, and trends in home health services to effectively target audiences and develop tailored marketing approaches.

    • 2+ years of home health marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or home health services.

    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and marketing materials.

    • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources.

    • Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM software, social media platforms, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

    -Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Knowledge of local healthcare markets and referral patterns is preferred.

    • Reliable Transportation and valid driver license and insurance.
