Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated nurse to lead our home health department. This role involves overseeing daily operations and actively pursuing new client opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff.
Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and physician offices.
Stay updated on federal, state, and local regulations affecting home health agencies.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address compliance issues.
Manage billing and reimbursement processes with insurance companies.
Oversee the agency’s quality assurance program, ensuring all clinical services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania with at least 3 years of experience.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to quickly learn new software.
Previous home health experience.
