    Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

    An occupational therapist is needed in Columbus, OH.     Responsibilities:

    • Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30pm)
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
    • Develop and implement personalized care plans addressing individual patient needs.
    • Focus on enhancing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated patient care.
    • Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process.
    • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records per company and regulatory standards.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Current state license to practice Occupational Therapy in Ohio.
    • Experience in geriatrics is a plus but not required.
    • Strong knowledge of ADLs and ability to create tailored care plans.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Team-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
