    What You’ll Be Doing

    Personalized Patient Care

    • Evaluate mobility needs and create targeted, one-of-a-kind care plans

    • Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and expert techniques to restore function and reduce pain

    Empower Patients

    • Guide patients and families through recovery with education, encouragement, and practical support

    • Celebrate small wins—and help make big ones possible

    Collaborate for Success

    • Partner with physicians, RNs, OTs, and care teams to deliver seamless, integrated care

    • Keep detailed records and share progress updates to keep everyone in sync

    What We’re Looking For

    • Licensed PT in Arizona

    • At least 1 year of experience preferred—but we’ll consider strong new grads

    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

    • Self-starter with a passion for home-based patient care

    • Compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a real impact
