We’re a newer agency making strides in the community, and we’re looking for dedicated RNs to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Provide non- medical home care to home health patients in accordance with their care plan.

Conduct comprehensive home health assessments for new and existing patients, evaluating their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Educate patients and their families on health management and care techniques.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Maryland.

Previous experience in home health care is a plus, but not required (Training will be provided)

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
