Registered Nurse – Home Health (PRN)

The Position: The Home Health Registered Nurses daily responsibilities vary widely depending on where they administer care, the number of patients they care for, and the number of family and other medical staff members they interact with

• $31.00 - $44.00
• PTO
• Mileage reimbursement up to $.40

Requirements:

• TX Nursing license
• Graduate from an accredited college or university nursing program.
• 1 year of recent Home Health Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
• Average Case load 13-15 patients
• report to the office every morning at 8:30 then start their patient visits in the homes after morning stand up.
• Evaluate Patients
• Develop and Implement Care Plans
• Check Vital Signs
• Support Family Members
• Follow Physician Orders
