As an RN, You Will:

• Implement the patient’s plan of care and provide regular assessments
• Assist family members with patient self-care
• Coordinate home health services and work closely with other healthcare professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Arizona RN License
• Current Arizona Driver’s License + reliable transportation
• CPR Certification
• TB Clearance and Fingerprint Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus!
• At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience is preferred

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school program for Registered Nurses (RN)
