JOB SUMMARY: Assisting Hands of Boca and Delray is licensed private duty Home Health Agency serving Boca and Delray in Palm Beach County. We are looking for an experienced Community Relations Manager to help us accelerate our fast paced growth. Our objective is to provide a concierge experience for our clients by referring to them the best possible caregivers, coordinating their care and supporting their desire to remain at home. As our Community Relations Manager you will be the main liaison between our Company, our Community and our Referral sources. You will market our services to Care Managers, Physicians, Hospitals, Nurses, Rehabs, Community centers and Consumers. The ideal candidate will have passion for Home Care as well as a drive to meet and exceed sales goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with key referral sources.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 2 years demonstrated professional achievement and income progression. Highly motivated. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organization and time management skills.
Experience with Medicaid Long Term Care program
Formal Sales training
4 years of college preferred
Ability to educate referral sources and potential clients
Develop relationships with home health referral sources in the form of doctors, senior living communities etc.
Expand network of referral sources throughout Boca Raton and Delray Beach area through cold calling, office visits, marketing events, sponsorship/charity work and relationship building.
Produce significant and ongoing numbers of referrals in the area with the goal of growing patient census in Boca Raton and Delray Beach
Requirements of the Marketer / Sales Representative:
Be a proven producer with a significant track record of bringing in substantial numbers of referrals on a long-term basis
Must be well connected in the home health industry with physicians, senior living communities etc.
Have high ethical standards and always be focused on putting the patient first.
Love and compassion for elderly patients
Must have a car with current insurance coverage and a valid driver's license
Clear Level 2 background Screening
Available to participate in weekly staff meeting and other events as required
Willingness to coordinate and lead a weekly sales meeting
Be aggressive and tireless in pursuing new prospects and willing to take on the responsibility of driving growth and leading others in time.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Position requires travel around Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach in Palm Beach County; reliable transportation necessary, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
