Your Role: As a Home Health SLP, you’ll be a key part of patients' recovery journeys, helping them regain speech and language abilities. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, you’ll ensure each patient receives holistic, personalized care.

What You'll Do:

• Perform in-home assessments and adapt your approach to meet each patient’s unique needs
• Develop customized treatment plans to target specific speech and language goals
• Provide therapy using specialized techniques and tools to promote progress
• Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare teams to build a coordinated care plan
• Document patient progress and adapt treatments for optimal outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Active Arizona SLP license and at least one year of clinical experience
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Current CPR certification and a reliable, insured vehicle
