What You’ll Do:

Patient Care

• Provide speech and language therapy to patients in their homes.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance communication and quality of life.
• Educate patients and families on supportive techniques.

Collaboration

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and manage charting efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Licensing & Certification – Current Arizona Speech Therapist license and certification required.
• Experience – Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred (training available).
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using tablets and EMR software.
• Reliable Transportation – Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
