Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes through home assessments and regular maintenance. We are searching for a reliable Technician to provide general home services to our customers in our community area AND, as you have proven yourself, lead a small team who will report to you. If you have 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and house repair work, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for someone with the following experiences:

Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel

Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking

Flooring Repair and Installation

General Carpentry

General Home Repair Work

Kitchen Repair / Remodel

Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical

Painting Interior and Exterior

Tile Installation and Repair Experience is a plus!

The appropriate candidate for the Carpenter/Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around the house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting and basic electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidate must also be a legal citizen of the US, and speak fluent English
