    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation

    Leverage innovative prospecting tools and strategies to identify high-potential leads and expand our client base.

    Network tirelessly, attending industry events and trade shows to connect with decision-makers and establish valuable contacts.

    Utilize data-driven insights to refine and target our lead-generation efforts, ensuring you are always one step ahead in identifying client needs.

    Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects through canvassing, referrals and networking, understanding their unique challenges and positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.

    Client Engagement

    Engage with potential clients and assess their unique roofing, siding, or window replacement or repair needs, delivering personalized solutions.

    Enlighten clients on the distinct advantages of our exceptional products and services, emphasizing the unparalleled value we bring to their homes.

    Dynamic Proposal and Presentation

    Craft and deliver captivating proposals, detailing the scope of work, cost estimates, and timelines in a clear and engaging manner.

    Address client concerns with confidence, showcasing the strengths of our home improvement solutions and reinforcing our unmatched value proposition.

    Strategic Sales Negotiation

    Negotiate with finesse, securing profitable and mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring client satisfaction.

    Collaborate with the office and ownership to develop accurate and competitive pricing strategies that set us apart.

    Relationship Building

    Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the project.

    Follow up proactively with clients post-project to ensure complete satisfaction and uncover opportunities for future services.

    Organized Pipeline Management

    Maintain a streamlined sales pipeline, regularly updating the CRM system with precise and relevant information.

    Deliver insightful sales forecasts and reports to our management team, highlighting trends and opportunities.

    Initiate start-job activities to ensure seamless client relationship continuity.

    Industry Expertise

    Stay ahead of industry trends, keeping abreast of competitor activities and regulatory changes that impact the roofing/siding/window sectors.

    Continuous Growth

    Develop and execute a robust personal development plan in collaboration with your direct manager, aiming for continuous professional growth.

    Participate actively in all company-provided training sessions, maximizing your potential and contributing to our collective success.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

    Strong knowledge of roofing/siding/window materials, installation processes, and industry standards.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Preferred Attributes:

    Knowledge of roofing terminology and basic construction processes.

    Experience with industry-specific software or tools.

    Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

    A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork.

    Job Requirements:

    40-45+ hours / week

    Must be in office location, western Massachusetts and on site with clients

    Ability to work weekends / evenings as needed

    Pay range: Base salary + commission, bonus opportunities
