We are currently seeking a skilled and high-producing mortgage processor to work with the mortgage loan officers on our team. Responsibilities: • Document the loan process from origination to approval through our system • Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and policies • Assemble and submit loan packages to the lender underwriters for approval or denial • Liaise between the mortgage lending underwriting department, mortgage loan originators, real estate agents, and applicants to facilitate loan approval Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement • Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Experience in mortgage lending and knowledge of loan types, such as FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans required • Experience working as a Processor, Underwriter and/or Client Care Specialist • Previous experience navigating UWM portal is a plus • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and customer service skills - MUST be comfortable on the phone Compensation: $19 -$23+ hourly
