We are looking for a problem-solving and high-organized dispatcher to join our team. You're a multitasker, acting as the first point of contact for customer requests, while also arranging the scheduling, reporting, and communication for service calls. You’ll communicate with field teams and customers using messaging apps, email, two-way radios, and telephones. Responsibilities: • Document service schedules and customer complaints • Correspond with field teams and customers on any service details and special requests • Plot and shift service calls when necessary • Schedule service calls for customers and field teams • Prepare documents for dispatch • Set up the field technician's schedule to dispatch for profits (Right tech to the right call) • Debrief technicians after their service calls • Update our call takers on appointment needs Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required • Candidate should be comfortable working with people in dynamic and stressful conditions • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred • Candidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Service Titan experience is a plus! Compensation: $17 - $24 hourly
