Your Role:
As a Home Service Technician at Shine of Tysons, your role is critical to the customer experience. Every day, you’ll work to make homes and businesses look their best by performing top-quality cleaning services. Here’s what you’ll do:
Start Your Day with Teamwork: Each morning, meet with your team to review the day’s schedule and set goals for success. You’ll always know what to expect.
Deliver Outstanding Service: Drive to customers’ homes or businesses with your team in a Shine vehicle and perform services like window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. Your attention to detail ensures that every job is completed to the highest standard.
Build Trust with Customers: Interact with clients as needed to ensure we’re meeting their expectations. Your friendly and professional demeanor will help build lasting relationships.
End the Day with Pride: After completing each job, return to the office to recap the day and ensure your vehicle is ready for the next day of work.

Must have reliable transportation to the Shine office each day.
