We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Services Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in home services sales who are self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and are familiar with CRM software.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage leads generated from paid social media ads, organic social media, Yelp, Angi Leads, Google, home shows, and referrals.

    Contact leads to schedule and conduct in-home consultations.

    Prepare accurate quotes based on customer needs and preferences.

    Follow up with potential clients to close sales and achieve monthly targets.

    Utilize CRM software to maintain customer records, track sales activities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

    Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

    Additional Support Provided:

    Provided equipment includes a tablet for efficient on-the-go operations.

    Garage Kings branded professional shirts or uniforms for a polished and unified appearance.

    Access to a remote Sales Development Representative who supports lead connection and consultation scheduling.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in home services sales, preferably with knowledge of concrete coatings, epoxy, or related products.

    Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Prior experience using CRM software is preferred.

    Willingness to travel locally for in-home consultations and client meetings.

    Compensation: This position offers a tiered commission structure based on margin, volume, and closing conversion, providing significant earning potential for motivated individuals.

    Training and Development: Comprehensive training will be provided through job shadowing, online modules, and in-person training courses to ensure success in the role.
