    Reports To: Home Therapies RN

    FLSA Status: Exempt

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 based on experience
    • Patient Training Bonus: $750 per new patient trained
    • Bonus Potential: $4,500 – $30,000 annually
    • Vehicle Stipend or Company Tesla/similar vehicle (in qualified situations)

    Job Summary

    As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse with Premier Home Dialysis Services, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our patients. You'll provide exceptional care while training and educating patients and their care partners on in-home dialysis modalities.     Key Responsibilities

    • Training and Education: Provide comprehensive training to patients and care partners on in-home dialysis therapies, focusing on safe practices and promoting their independence.
    • Clinical Care: Manage the ongoing care of home dialysis patients, including regular assessments, treatment plan development and modifications, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.
    • Quality Assurance: Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all treatment, education, and communication.
    • Travel: Be prepared to travel to patients' homes within your assigned region.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Registered Nurse: Possess a current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
    • Dialysis Experience: Prior dialysis experience is highly preferred, but we are committed to your development - even if you have no experience in the field!

    • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and utilizing essential home dialysis equipment and technology.
