HomeWorks Energy is seeking an energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our Marketing team. Join our team to learn how to improve your event marketing skills and have fun while doing it.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• EARN AN AVERAGE OF $22 TO $35 PER HOUR (INCLUDES HOURLY RATE + PERFORMANCE BONUSES)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent HomeWorks and the Mass Save program at events and other tabling opportunities where you will be educating homeowners on energy efficiency strategies for their homes
• Set up tables outside of grocery stores, T-stations, and hardware stores for the purposes of engaging with potential customers
• Events objective is new customer acquisition – Home Energy Assessment signups and lead generation

REQUIREMENTS

• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Interest in energy efficiency and the environment
• Ability to work a wide variety of indoor and outdoor events, ranging from 2-6 hours per event
• Must have reliable transportation - mileage reimbursement provided
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and some evenings and weekends
