ComForCare of Seattle is seeking a savvy, motivated Scheduler and Administrative Coordinator with caregiving experience to help continue the expansion of our office in Seattle. This is a great opportunity for people with experience in home or other senior care to grow their skills and build their career. We have experienced phenomenal growth over the last year and need to continue to build our administrative foundation to continue that growth with the same high level of service we expect to provide.

The Seattle office of ComForCare Home Care is locally owned and led by an experienced team with over 65 years of home care, sales, health care, sales management and financial experience. Our branch is backed by the robust resources of a national organization with a wealth of clinical and operational programs, including specialized training in dementia, Parkinson's, and fall prevention. Recently, we have expanded our offerings with groundbreaking remote care services as we leverage cutting edge technology to complement our top-notch caregivers. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to help us build our group of caregivers and staff, and to provide the highest level of care to our clients.

The Scheduler/Administrative Coordinator role will be broad, and we are looking for people who are adaptable, flexible, problem solvers, and team members who are excited about seeing the Growth that will happen. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the financial, operational and clinical arms of our office, including scheduling, onboarding of clients and caregivers, billing and payroll. Additional responsibilities will include customer service with clients, working with caregiver issues, and field work.

We are also seeking team members who understand that Home Care is not a "9-5" business, and will jump in to support our clients and caregivers as needs arise, including providing caregiving shift coverage to a variety of clients and on a variety of shifts. Scheduled hours are either Mon-Thur or Tue-Fri 9a to 5p but may vary some from week to week, including triaging customer/caregiver issues outside regular business hours. In addition, this role will include after hours and alternating weekend on-call responsibilities. There will also be opportunities for expanded responsibilities as our needs grow. This person will also work closely with the rest of the management team in their roles; including client relations, network development, social media, marketing and business development.

For the right candidates, this will be a great opportunity to help continue building a vision of what first in class home care services can and should be. ComForCare has set itself apart by offering unique client care services and an incredibly supportive caregiver community; fostering individual development and employee satisfaction. Our guiding principle in Seattle is about Growth: Growth of the business; Growth of the Company; and Growth of the people within the company. The perfect Administrative Coordinator will embrace that Growth as they become an integral partner and a true stakeholder in the company.

ComForCare of Seattle is being built using a combination of the latest technologies, a “front loaded, high touch” approach to both clients and caregivers, and above all else, an emphasis on offering the highest level of care. As part of this strategy, we have developed strong partnerships with other Senior Care Providers in industries such as pharmacy, naturopathic medicine, dementia care, nutrition and others to help us provide comprehensive solutions for our clients, and powerful tools for our caregivers. We take a "Whole Person" approach that emphasizes not only physical well-being, but mental and emotional health as well. Our goal is to help clients Live Their Best Life, and we are building a team focused on that goal.
