Job Summary
PPL is looking for a talented, people-person to join our Financial Coaching and Homeownership Team. This team is dedicated to providing services and resources that work to close the racial wealth gap . This position will perform high-quality loan processing (origination) of second mortgages in the form of down payment assistance for homebuyers with an emphasis on underserved markets. Their duties include but are not limited to researching a client’s credit, income, and assets, and reviewing applications based on policy guidelines.

This person will not be responsible for supervision.

Salary: $52,000 -55,000 Yr,. DOQ
